This week, Dr. Angeline discusses how the system of religion oft times reduces women to "help meets" without knowing what the Hebrew word (ezer) really means. By American patriarchal standards, the woman is reduced to help meeting the bills, the standards of what is considered a "man's" role and a "woman's" role, narcissistic behavior, and just plain ole "submissive." Dr. Angeline discusses the difference between a helpmeet and an "Ezer" WO-man! In this episode, Dr. Angeline Dean will NO longer allow anyone to make Queen Vashti (a woman believed by some to be of African descent) a villian and admonishes women to KNOW WHO GOD SAYS THEY ARE!
